Fapeza Terms of Use

The basic conditions for accessing, linking to and using Fapeza and its original editorial work.

These terms set the basic conditions for using Fapeza.co.uk. By accessing the website, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. If you do not agree, you should stop using the site. These terms should be read with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

About the service

Fapeza is an independent UK editorial publication providing general guides, explainers and related website features. Content may be added, corrected, reorganised or removed as the publication develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular publishing schedule or that every older page will remain available indefinitely.

Acceptable use

You may browse, share lawful links and use the website for personal or legitimate organisational reference. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, distribute malware, scrape at a rate that harms the service, impersonate another person, harvest personal data or use the site to promote unlawful, abusive, defamatory, deceptive or infringing material.

You must not use automated systems to generate excessive requests, bypass access controls or copy substantial parts of the publication. We may restrict access, block abusive traffic or remove submissions where reasonably necessary to protect the website, readers or legal rights.

Editorial information

Fapeza works to keep material clear and useful, but articles provide general information and can become outdated. No page should be treated as personalised medical, legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Check current official information and obtain appropriate professional advice where a decision depends on individual circumstances.

Copyright and brand use

Unless stated otherwise, Fapeza’s original text, branding, layout and graphics belong to Fapeza or are used under an appropriate licence. You may quote a limited portion for lawful commentary or reference with clear attribution and a link to the source, subject to applicable copyright exceptions.

You must not reproduce substantial portions, republish complete articles, remove attribution, sell copies, create a misleading mirror of the site or present Fapeza work as your own without written permission. You may not use the Fapeza name, logo or a confusingly similar presentation to suggest an endorsement, partnership or official relationship that does not exist.

Messages and submissions

When you submit a correction, source, proposal or other message, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not knowingly unlawful or malicious. You retain ownership of your original submission, but you allow Fapeza to review it, respond and use the factual information reasonably necessary to correct or improve editorial material.

Do not submit confidential business information, passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive personal data. A proposal does not create a contract or obligation to publish. Commercial content remains subject to separate agreement and the Fapeza Editorial Standards.

External services and links

The website may link to or embed services controlled by other organisations. Their availability, content, security, products, terms and privacy practices are their responsibility. A link does not guarantee quality or endorse every claim on the destination website.

Any transaction with a third party is between you and that provider. Check the provider’s identity, current terms, returns policy, regulator status and privacy notice before paying or sharing information.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, suspend or change the website without notice. Technical problems, maintenance, security events and third-party failures can affect availability. We aim to restore normal operation where practical but do not guarantee that every feature will always be error-free.

These terms may be revised when services, law or website practices change. The current version will be published on this page with a review date. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply from that point.

Liability and legal rights

Use of Fapeza is at your discretion and is subject to the limits described in the Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by misuse, reliance on general or outdated information, third-party services or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Applicable law and contact

These terms are intended to operate under applicable law in the United Kingdom. The relevant court and jurisdiction may depend on mandatory consumer rights and the circumstances of the user. Questions can be submitted through the Contact Fapeza page or sent to hello@fapeza.co.uk.
